Clemmons Man Charged With Heroin Possession | News

A Clemmons man was arrested on several drug charges including possessing heroin Monday in Davidson County.
The Lexington Dispatch reports that Barry Gray Tucker, 57, allegedly had 85 dosage units of Suboxone, 22 dosage units of Roxy, seven dosage units of Opana, nine dosage units of Opana, two grams of heroin and 28 or more grams of opium.
Tucker is accused of maintaining a doublewide mobile home to sell heroin and pills.
He also had .357 Magnum revolver and a 380 Jennings semi-automatic handgun when he was arrested, the paper reported.
He has has been charged with with two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, reckless driving to endanger, failure to heed light or siren, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for a controlled substance, simple possession of a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, three counts of felony possession to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule II controlled substance, felony possession to manufacture, sell or deliver a schedule I controlled substance and felony trafficking opium or heroin.
Tucker received a $500,000 secured bond and has a Jan. 31 court date.
