Mocksville Man Accused of Indecent Liberties in Clemmons

A Mocksville man has been accused of felony sexual misconduct involving a juvenile.

Michael David Draughon, 23, was arrested on Thursday by Forsyth County deputies.

He has been charged with one count of felony statutory sexual offense against a person and one count of felony indecent liberties with a child.

Deputies began investigating after receiving a report on Dec. 30 alleging sexual misconduct between an adult and a juvenile in Clemmons.

Draughon was charged with the two counts as a result of the investigation, deputies said.

Draughon was placed in the Forsyth County Jail under a $250,000 secured bond.

No other information was released.
